BongaCams is an online video network connecting men and women from all over the world through high-speed live video chat with full audio support.
When you first arrive on our site, you will only be granted guest privileges. This means that every time you enter a chat room, you will be given a random nickname, such as “Guest9505”.
Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to chat, so the logical thing to do would be to register for free. All you need to do is choose a username and password and enter your email address for verification. Your username will become your nickname. After you have logged in, you can change it to any other name. This will be your free lifetime membership on BongaCams, meaning that you can come back anytime you want.
Once you login to your free account, you will have access to a variety of features. We only ask you to register, so we can keep a friendly community.

About private & full private chat
The private chat allows you to communicate with any Model you like one-on-one and face-to-face without worrying about other Members taking the Model’s attention away from you.
Even though Spy mode allows other Members to view everything that happens during a private show, direct communication with the Model is only reserved for the private chat participants. All you need to do to invite a Model to a private chat is click the “Private Chat” button, choose “Private Chat” from the list, and click “Start”. Models can independently set the prices for all the types of private chats. The default price of a private chat is 60 Tokens per minute.
The full private chat is very similar to the private chat mode – the main difference is that it provides full confidentiality and does not allow other Members to view your interactions with the Model. In order to start a full private chat, you need to visit the Model’s chat room, click the “Private Chat” button, choose “Full Private Chat” from the list, and click “Start”. The default price of a full private chat is 90 Tokens per minute.
You can exit the private chat / full private chat mode any time you wish by clicking “Stop show”; it can also be stopped at the Model’s request.
Note: The private / full private chat ends automatically when you run out of Tokens.
Spy chat
The Spy mode allows Members to watch private chats and read all the conversations, but does not allow them to communicate with the Models performing there. To switch to Spy mode, you need to open the Spy Mode tab on the main page and choose the chat room you like. Models can independently set the price of the Spy mode. The default price is 15 Tokens per minute. You can exit Spy mode any time you wish by clicking “Stop show”.
Note: The service ends automatically when you run out of Tokens.
Group chat
A group chat is a mode that allows two or more users to be in a model’s private chat room. Any user can send a group chat request by pressing the “Group chat” button in a model’s chat room. All the participants of a group chat can chat with the model. You can join a group chat that has already begun by pressing “Join group chat”. Models can initiate a beginning of a group chat and set prices of their own for the service. The default price is 30 Tokens per minute for each participant. You can leave a group chat any time you wish by pressing “Stop show”.
Note: The group chat ends automatically when you run out of Tokens.
Tip feature
The Tip feature is just a way for Members to transfer Tokens to the Model’s account. Tips are 100% optional, they are not compulsory to be given. Some Members like to give tips after a private chat, while other Members prefer to give tips to the Model while she is in a public chat for simple personal requests or just to be nice. Whether (or how) you use the Tip feature is entirely up to you. Tips are gifts, not bribes, so please do not send tips to demand something in return, that is not fair to the Models.
How to show your webcam to the Models
Premium members can turn on their own webcam any time and show it to models, absolutely for free. Just click the “Start Your Webcam” link in the top-right corner of the website to start your webcam.
Information on Prices and Token Purchases
What is a Token? How much does it cost?
The only thing that costs money on our site is Token, used for private, group, and spy shows as well as tips. Remember that premium membership on our site is absolutely free and is granted to your account automatically with your first Token purchase. You keep your premium membership forever even if you never purchase Tokens again.
You can purchase tokens in various ways. We try to build in a discount for larger purchases. Here are the current token prices and payment methods that we offer:

Once you have Tokens on your account, you can take the Model to a private show or if the model is in a private show already, you can spy on it using our Spy Show feature. You can also initiate or join a group show or send the model a tip.
Models individually set the prices for all the types of private chats and the Spy mode. Before you use the service, please pay attention to the price specified in the chat room of the model.
The default price of a private chat is 60 Tokens per minute. For example, 5 minutes of a private chat will cost you 300 Tokens.
The default price of the Spy mode is 15 Tokens per minute, which is 4 times less than the cost of a private chat. That means that 5 minutes of spying on a model will cost you 75 Tokens.

Payment via SMS
You can load your account here.
Choose the suitable package and country if it is displayed incorrectly. If the list does not include your operator or region, you cannot load your account via SMS at that moment.
Carefully check the text of the message and the recipient’s number. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate you for sending a wrong text.
After sending the text, you will receive a message with a generated code. Remember that generating and sending the code takes time. Contact our customer support only when you have not received the code in 30 minutes after the payment.
The received code must be entered into the field on the payment page. After that, your account will be loaded!
FREE Tokens
You can get FREE Tokens quite easily. Once you register, you will receive 10 Tokens for free. Another way of making free Tokens is to take part in the CashBack customer program. If you get into the TOP 5, you might win up to 200 Tokens as a bonus.
You can also get 50% of your friend’s first purchase when you refer a friend to register at BongaCams. Another option to get an initial bonus of 10 free Tokens is to make a purchase of any amount of Tokens.
How much of my money goes to the Models?
Pretty much about 50%. This is what makes us so different from our competitors. Other live webcam sites pay their models 20% or less and treat them accordingly. At BongaCams, Models are our top priority.
Not only do we pay them MUCH more than any other similar website, but we also treat them with the respect they deserve and often work hand-in-hand with them to develop new features for our site.
Here is an explanation:
Customers purchase Tokens in predefined packages. Larger packages cost less per Token. But Models are always paid the same amount (0.025 €) per Token, so calculating the percentage paid to the model would depend on the package purchased by the Member.

Most of the money spent on BongaCams comes from the loyal Members that purchase larger packages, so the average always comes to about 50%.
Video chat cost
The free chat is absolutely free and you do not have to pay for communicating with models. However, private chats are paid. Models can set their own prices for all types of private chats and the Spy mode.
Default price:
1 minute of Spy mode – 15 Tokens;
1 minute of group chat – 30 Tokens;
1 minute of private chat – 60 Tokens;
1 minute of full private chat – 90 Tokens.
Automatic top-up
When buying Token packages, you can enable an automatic top-up feature. When the feature is enabled, top-up will occur every time when the balance lowers to a certain amount of Tokens. The top-up sum and payment method will be the same as for your latest purchase.

Who’s a Moderator and how to become one
Moderators are models’ aides with special privileges that help to maintain order in the chat room.
If given Moderator privileges, you can do the following:
- remove unwanted messages;
- kick out/ban users;
- block users from writing in public chat (mute).
You will get a special icon to let other users know you have special privileges in this chat room.
You can view the list of moderated chat rooms or opt out in “Followings” – “Moderated chat rooms”.
In “Notification settings” you can specify who among the Models can make you a Moderator and which notifications you wish to receive.
